Choose between merging files and organizing pages
Use Merge PDF when you want to combine complete documents and set their file order. Use Organize PDF when you need to move, rotate, delete, or add individual pages, including pages from several files.
Merge complete PDFs
- Open Merge PDF and add at least two valid PDFs.
- Use the up and down controls to put files in the order you want. The queue runs from top to bottom.
- Remove any file you do not need, then choose Merge PDFs and review the downloaded document.
Reorder individual pages
- Open Organize PDF and add one or more PDFs.
- Drag page thumbnails into the desired order. Rotate pages, remove extras, or add a blank page when needed.
- Choose Organize and review the exported PDF to confirm the sequence.
Useful next steps
If you only need selected pages, use Extract PDF Pages. To create separate files from page ranges, use Split PDF. Standard PDF operations run in the browser; password-protected or invalid files may need to be opened or repaired before they can be processed.
